Use the following form to upload the wording or logo for your Award.

To engrave your logo for no additional cost, please provide a vectored version of your logo. Files that end with .eps, .ai or .svg file are vectored files. If your logo ends with .PNG or .JPG, these will require vectorization (a one time fee of $35).

Please note, Artwork that engrave the best can be represented in a black and white format. If your logo has multiple colors or gradients, we'll do our best to make the necessary adjustments that will allow your logo to engrave the best.
